  12.  We fixed the bug that could cause the program to crash if you tried
  13.  to capture the desktop with the hot key feature.
  14.  
  15.  Features Added

  17.  You can now re-set the capture counter to zero at any time.
  18.  This was needed in case you were keeping track of your grabs
  19.  by capture number.
  20.  
  21.  Disable prompt to save screen captures before exit. This is available
  22.  in the Setup Capture Dialog as a check box.  If you don't want to
  23.  have GrabIt Pro to prompt you to save your captures before the
  24.  program exits, then check this box.

  26.  Other than the thigs listed above no other cahnges have been made that
  27.  would affect the documentation or prrgram operation.

  31.  In case you missed it, this version of GrabIt Pro requires Windows 95 or
  32.  NT version 3.51 or later!

  38.  Installation Instructions and Help
  39.  ----------------------------------
  40.  The GrabIt Pro program files are in compressed format. You must run the
  41.  GPSETUP program to expand them before the program can be used.  The
  42.  setup program will create a folder in the programs directory of the
  43.  Windows 95 Explorer, or a group under Windows NT.
  44.  
  45.  Step 1
  46.  Running The GPSETUP Program
  47.  ----------------------------
  48.  After extracting the GrabIt Pro Zip file to either a directory on your hard
  49.  drive or to a floppy drive.  Follow these steps:
  50.  
  51.  1. From the Program Manager File Menu or the Windows 95 start button
  52.     choose Run...
  53.  2. Enter the location of the GPSETUP Program. If the files were on your
  54.     A: drive then you would enter: A:\GPSETUP and press Enter or Click on
  55.     the OK button.
  56.  3. The GrabIt Pro setup dialog will be displayed.
  57.  4. The edit field will contain a suggested directory.
  58.  5. Press OK to accept the default directory or enter new destination
  59.     directory and press Enter or Click on the OK button.
  60.  6. The setup program will create the directory for you and display
  61.     the file installation progress.
  62.  7. When it has finished expanding and copying the files it will create
  63.     a new folder and add the program files to the folder.
  64.

  73.  The GPMANUAL.WRI file is the user's manual. It has been carefully written and 
  74.  typeset in Windows Write format using Times New Roman 10 Point Font and 
  75.  to provide you with complete hard copy users manual if you feel the need
  76.  to print it.  All of the commands are in an easy to follow 1. 2. 3.
  77.  step format.  Please take the time to read the manual before calling for 
  78.  technical support.  All of the important points are available in the help
  79.  file.  Press the help button for quick answers to those burning questions!

  81.  Upgrading From Previous Versions

  83.  If you are a registered user of GrabIt Pro version 4.1 or version 4.2
  84.  the upgrade fee is $10.00.  For users of version 2 or 3 it is a $15.00
  85.  upgrade.  Please refer to the UPGRADE.TXT file for complete information

  90.  plus some of our own.  Look at all of the these new features:

  113.  -> Printed Image Scaling Options and Improved printer control
  114.     You can now specify exactly how large or small to print an image on the 
  115.     currently selected paper in your printer.  In addition you can select the 
  116.     beat fit to page option which will do the calculations necessary for the
  117.     best possible quality printout  The third option lets you tell the printer
  118.     to stretch the image to fill the page completely with the image.

  121.     Now you can drag bitmap and rle files from the Explorer or Program Manager
  122.     and drop them on GrabIt Pro to open them.  GrabIt Pro makes a wonderful
  123.     graphics clipboard  when you are working with a large number of images.
  124.     Open them in GrabIt Pro and copy them to other sources as needed.
  125.     GREAT when your working on documentation and you need your screen shots
  126.     handy for reference and inclusion in your document.

  128.  -> Right Mouse Button Menu
  129.     Now you can access the most often used functions by just clicking the
  130.     right mouse button on any GrabIt Pro child window.  You have the option
  131.     of Opening a file, Saving a file, Copy or Paste, and Print all at the
  132.     click of the right mouse button.

  134.  -> "Mother May I?" 
  135.     GrabIt Pro will now ask you to be sure that before you end the
  136.     program you have indeed saved to disk all your screen captures.
  137.     This might just save you on one of those hectic days when you forgot
  138.     about the 5 great screens you captured, but never saved.

  140.  Remember To Use The System Menu 
  141.  -------------------------------
  142.  Remember that when GrabIt Pro is minimized ALL of the capture commands
  143.  are available from the system menu.  Just Right click on the GrabIt Pro icon
  144.  at the bottom of your desktop to display the system menu.  This allows you
  145.  to capture images without having the GrabIt Pro window in your way.  When
  146.  you are done with a capture session restore GrabIt Pro to its normal size
  147.  window by double clicking on it.  All of your captures will be ready to view
  148.  with each capture in its own child window.

  150.  Removing GrabIt Pro From Your System
